For IT administrators
Points relevant to an approval review:
- First-party only. Every tool calls Interior Company's own backend. The connector contacts no arbitrary third-party services and returns no data it did not fetch from Interior Company.
- Read-mostly. All browsing, trends, designer and cost-estimate tools are strictly read-only. The only tools that write data are the OTP/submit steps of the two booking forms.
- Nothing fabricated. Prices, listings and content are served live from the backend; the widget never computes prices or invents data in the browser.
- Minimal personal data. Booking a consultation collects only name, mobile number and city; booking a 1:1 designer meeting adds an email address, required for the calendar invite. Nothing else is asked for. These go solely to Interior Company's lead backend (and, for a meeting, to the designer's calendar).
- Contact details never enter the conversation. Both forms run inside the sandboxed widget and call app-only tools, so the user's name, phone, email and OTP are posted straight to our server rather than passing through the model.

The booking forms and the calculator run inside the widget and
call app-only helper tools that are hidden from the model:
book_consultation_send_otp, book_consultation_verify,
book_designer_meeting_send_otp,
book_designer_meeting_verify (these write data — they send the
SMS OTP, create the lead and, for a meeting, the calendar entry), plus the
read-only calculator helpers get_calc_config,
get_calc_estimate, search_calc_projects,
get_calc_project and search_calc_address.
